Intellectual and Industrial Property

Intellectual property refers to the exclusive rights over intellectual creations. It is divided into two branches: industrial property, which includes inventions (patents), trademarks, industrial designs and models, and geographical indications; and copyright, which covers artistic and literary works.

In the field of intellectual and industrial property, we provide legal advice and services on issues concerning both the protection of intellectual creations and the registration of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, protection of designs and models, exploitation licenses) as well as the drafting and review of contracts for the transfer, licensing, or exploitation of technology and know-how.
